All Individual Meal Plans may be used as stand-alone plans or substituted in the Weekly Meal Plans for similar meals. ie, dinner for dinner etc. to add endless variety.
Our Weekly Meal Plans and Individual Meal Plans all include portion sizes for 1400, 1800 and
2200 cal per day. Adjustment to other diet sizes is easy because calorie counts are listed for every meal item. A complete shopping list is included with each Weekly Plan.
All recipes and Plans are designed in collaboration with and reviewed by a registered, licensed dietitian before publication
